Cosmetic Facial Surgery

There are many options available for the person considering aesthetic facial rejuvenation.  These include both surgical and non-surgical procedures to achieve the best result. Keeping in mind that “LESS IS MORE,”  Dr. Perman will design a treatment plan that will offer you the most natural appearance.

The three units to be considered in any evaluation include the brow, eyelids and lower face. Although separate as surgical undertakings, they influence each other and are discussed as such during the consultation. One unit may require surgery, whereas the other may be treated non-surgically with Botox, Juvederm filler and or a chemical peel. One patient may require a transcutaneous approach to their lower eyelid blepharoplasty, whereas another might be better served with a transconjunctival approach. In other words, one size does not fit all. Each patient requires and receives a customized approach using a number of tools to achieve the desired result.
